When you arrive at the Maitland Gaol, you'll be briefed on what you're about to experience. This means we'll give you an overview of the rules of the game, all the safety guidelines you need to be know about, and (if the warden is feeling nice) some tips on how to think in an Escape Room.
Then, you're handcuffed and marched to your cell with your fellow inmates!
You heard that a previous inmate at the facility managed to escape before the warden returned. There may be some clues still laying around in your cell from their breakout.
Your only hope of freedom is work with the other inmates in your cell to piece together these clues before the warden returns! If you get stuck, there's a rumour floating around that the guard patrolling the corridor is open to a bribe...
Only the most cunning and daring inmates will manage to break free from their handcuffs, put together clues, solve the puzzles and escape their cell!
The warden is often so impressed by your ingenuity that they will want to take your photo as a memento of your time together. These guards sure are committed to their job!
